History
- March,1937 Established the small machine tool's assembly factory in Hasunuma,Ota-ku,Tokyo(currently Ikegai CO.,Ltd.,now Citizen Watch Co.,Ltd.)
- Dec.1945 Moved the head office factory to Mishima, Shizuoka
- Aug.1946 Established NIPPON SEIKI LABORATORY CO., LTD. with capital of 180,000 yen
- Aug.1962 Increased capital to 1,180,000 yen
- Aug.1965 Changed the company structure to KABUSHIKI
- Sep.1967 Joined the Japan Small Machine Tool Association
- Oct.1969 Increased capital to 2,180,000 yen
- Jul.1970 Increased capital to 7,970,000 yen
- Mar.1975 Started to development of precision spherical milling machine
- Oct.1979 Started to developmeng of spherical milling machine
- Feb.1981 Started to development of hydrostatic bearing
- Oct.1981 Acquisition patent No.1069353 Diamond cutting machine
- Mar.1988 Established a New factory at the current address and moved the factory from Mishima
