Specification decision

We will have meetings with you carefully,and propose satisfied specifications.
If you wish,we will test processing. Please offer the processing work,we will report you its accuracy.
Based on the know-how cultivated up to now,consideration various shapes ,materials and pilot hole
we select the most suitable machining conditions for mass production and test processing

order

Before receiving a formal order,we will make a final confirmation as following.

1.Check the specifications finally.　　　　　Please refer tosample of the specifications.
2.Check the delivery dates and acceptance conditions.　Please refer tosample of accepance conditions (performance test etc.)
The order form, including the above acceptance conditions,delivery dates and final specifications,so we make a contract with you.

Pre-acceptance

Afer the equipment is completed,we make processing adjustments and check the accuracy, specifications etc.with you in our plant.
After all have been passed,we will ship to you after approval of shipping by the quality department.

Installation・Pre-acceptance・acceptance

After adjusting the schedule,the machine will be shipped and delivered to your plant for installation.
Explain the operating and mantenance through the operation.Check the accuracy and specification again,the machine is passed as acceptance.br> Please refer to our sampleacceptance report.

Maintenace

Maintenance is important avoid situations such as equipment failure and shutdown.
Regular inspections and repairs are essential for stabilizing production and improving quality.
